How khichuri cooked in remote areas of Bangladesh?

we all know Khichuri is a popular and healthy food. Most of the people of Bangladesh like khichuri. Remote areas khichuri or rural areas khichuri is cooked by the local vegetables.

Cooking process: 

First, we have to collect some green and fresh vegetables, some lentils and eggs and rice. We need some onion, green chili, oil, spice, ginger, and garlic.  Then we have to wash them with clean water. first, we have to ready all components. we have to stuff all the green chili, spice, ginger, and garlic. Now we are ready to cook. First, we have to heat the pan. After that, we have to give the oil in the pan. when the oil is well heated we have to put the stuff on the oil and shake them well until its color brown. after that, we have to put all the cut and washed vegetables and lentils on the pen. and give some salt into it. then all the water of the vegetables and lentils will come out. we have to continue our shaking of the materials. After drying out most of the water of the vegetables we have to put the washed rice and carry on the shaking. After some time we have to give the necessary water. after a few times when the rice is well cooking, we have to break the egg and put it on the rice and shake well. after a few minutes when the rice is cooked well we have to take it down and wait 5-10 minutes. Now ready to eat khichuri in rural areas.

Why it is very healthy:

It is very healthy because it uses many kinds of spices and uses fresh vegetables. It has many benefits for the body and helps to keep the body fresh.
